As a growing asset disposition company focused on the complex world of bankruptcy short sales, we are constantly called to task to assign brokers in markets where we do not have agent coverage. American Destiny Realty (ADRES) is a great company to work with. They are very helpful in recruiting new vendors for our company to handle REO listings and BPO’s, as well as frequently helping to follow up with our vendors on late assignments to make sure they get turned in, in a timely manner.
