There is no cost to join ADRES, but we do require you to “get the job done” in a prompt and professional manner. We strive to exceed our client’s expectations; we’ll ask the same of you.

IN order to be in our database and available for opportunities, you’ll need to be in the following Platforms:

Exceleras platform. While not a requirement for certain assignments, ADRES highly encourages you to take a closer look at Exceleras and carefully consider signing up at the Basic agent status level which is $75 for an annual subscription. By signing up, you’ll be making yourself available for additional listing opportunities. This system is utilized by dozens of clients including servicers, asset management companies, and investors.

Bid On Homes platform.

RES.NET platform. Some of our clients utilize RES.NET and agents will need to have an active account to be eligible for their work.
